He was awarded a basic degree from the University of Maryland, European Division and completed writing courses offered by the Hardcourt Learning Direct and The Institute of Children's Literature. Mr. Duse is the author of three other books: False Color of Authority, brings long standing false color of authority, civil and criminal actions of US Government and local entities [we're so smart Quacks and Dolts] to the attention of law abiding people. EEOC [Equal Employment Opportunity Commission] as it regards securing justice for victims of Government discrimination – the EEOC process is defined and discrimination issues alleged were litigated through lower courts resulting in a suit by Writ of Certiorari to US Supreme Court.
