This is a series that you need to start at the first one and work your way through. There is so much to enjoy here. Once again Patra is up to her cute butt in issues, bars and a few werewolves (ok it helps that they are hot!). Her best witchy friend is dealing with some new feelings and trying to lead her coven with a rogue witch and her ever-amusing mom (I know there is more to this mom as we keep getting glimpses of her incredible life). Wait – I forgot to mention – DRAGONS! This series manages to present a good story and food for thought at the same time keeps you reading because it is just FUN! ~~~ I had a handle on things, then the dragons showed up. On the average day, I juggle the human and magical worlds with a reasonable amount of skill. Based on the dude exhaling sparks in front of me, today isn’t most days. I’m Cleopatra O’Keefe, a one jigger juggernaut holding the line between the worlds while slinging drinks and using a symbiont book to help me parse these human, magical, and omnipotent miscreants.
