GRIHA for Existing Buildings rating is an integrated green building rating tool to evaluate the performance of existing buildings and provide solutions for enhanced energy and water efficiency, increased thermal & visual comfort, and decreased operational & maintenance costs. While focusing on the above, the tool has been developed with the underlying objectives of simplicity of execution, economic viability and alignment with national and international codes and standards. The rating endeavours to cover various categories of buildings across diverse climatic zones of the country.
