In 1980, a joint federal-provincial Regional Health Promotion committee was established to explore ways of working together on a health promotion program that resulted in the Nobody's Perfect program. From October 1986 to June 1987, the Atlantic Region Health Promotion Directorate and the New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador Governments implemented a process and impact evaluation of the program. This report presents the results of the evaluation, including background information; implementation of program delivery; evaluation methodology and limitations; evaluation of the process and its impact; and administrative issues, including costs and time demands and the integration of the program into one-on-one public health programs. Recommendations are included.
