Excerpt from World Wheat Prospects The above estimate of wheat available for export and carry-over includes for the United States a figure of 429 million bushels as of January 1, 1932, compared with 355 million a year earlier. The estimated total supply of wheat available in the United States for the 1931-32 season, including carry - over from thu preceding year and the new crop, amounted to bushels. Allewind for a consumption of bushels for food, feed and Waste (compared with bushels disappearance for these purposes last year) and bushels to be used as seed, would leave bushels available for export during the 1931 - 32 seasan and for carry - over into the following crop year.
